Please include the following information on paper in the box if possible...

  1. A description of the problem.
  2. Who to contact if we need more information.

Product warranty information is found in the back of the manual for each product and is generally 1 year return-to-factory-for-repair.  Within this period, ComputerWise will replace or repair the item after evaluation by the service department.  While cross-shipping warranty coverage is not available at this time, we may be able to offer an expedite option to get your product returned more quickly.
